People living with disabilities came in numbers to participate in the uMzinyathi District Selection Games hosted by the eNdumeni Local Municipality at Fred Kallis Stadium.
The games aim to promote active living amongst people living with disabilities.
Both females and males, old and young took part in various sporting activities and different sport codes of sport games such as wheelchair athletic, fast running, magende and morabaraba. All those who participated in the games received medals for their participation and some were elected for form part of the team that will represent uMzinyathi District in the City of Cape Town for the National Games competition.
