Committed to providing efficient and effective services to the community; Endumeni Council and management have deliberated on the review of the municipal vision, mission and objectives of the municipality. They have further identified service delivery hindrances and how they can overcome them.
This session is not only informative, but it was also a much needed brainstorming session, which seeks to guide Council on the directions of allocating it’s resources, set priorities, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working towards common goals and shape it’s response to the changing the environment.
The effectiveness of this activity will articulate not only where the municipality is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it’s strategic plan is successful.
